as a child, i was constantly drawing, always filling sketchbook after sketchbook. when i graduated high school, i took a five year long hiatus. i felt like i was out of ideas and drained of passion. now i here that's kinda what happens when you leave your teenage years behind you. it took a world-wide pandemic to realize i still had the love of art and creation in me.

 

it was almost like an epiphany, when i realized i could apply my photoshop knowledge towards a traditional drawing, adding color and embellishments that i found hard to do with the art materials i still had sitting around. huh. art could be whatever i wanted it to be. i bought a drawing tablet and have been making art nonstop since.

and i can't wait to see all the growth to come.
